Psychic Self-Defense in the Workplace

GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui's words from "Practical Psychic Self-Defense for Home and Office," by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui are in normal font. We are swimming in a world of thought forms and emotional energies, not all of which are beneficial for us. When we are in the workplace, especially in times when the economy is in flux, tensions mount as co-workers and managers deal with doing all that they can while still possibly falling short of expectations and performance metrics. The resulting behaviors can include belittling remarks or criticism about work performance; aggressive, competitive and “survival” mentalities; stress energies, tension and anxiety--all which create unhealthy energetic environments that can contaminate and affect us.

MCKS Pranic Psychic Self-Defense® teaches you scientific ways of utilizing pranic energies to properly protect yourself, your belongings, surroundings and loved ones from psychic attacks, negative intentions, malicious entities and energetic pollution. Without proper protection, you can be affected spiritually, mentally, emotionally, physically and financially. What are some of the simple, practical, effective remedies taught in this course that you can use immediately?

Closing the aura. This technique is called “closing the aura”, and is done by simply crossing the arms and the legs. When you cross your arms, the upper aura is being “closed”. When you cross your legs, the lower aura is being “closed.” When you are in front of your boss, or others to whom you need to influence in a meeting, the use of the full closing position is not advisable as your boss or the people around you may interpret this as being confrontational and aggressive. In situations like this, it is better to apply the “half-closing” position.” This is done by simply crossing the legs and putting the hands together on the lap or on the lower abdominal area.

Non-reaction. During a heated discussion or meeting, one should remain calm and detached. You are able to think clearly and respond correctly. There may be times when one unintentionally sends negative energy to others out of anger or in reaction to anger. A person may go into an emotional outburst but realizes later on that he has made a mistake; he then apologizes. To psychically compensate, send blessings to the co-worker. In such a situation, the karmic repercussion is minimal.

Blessing. When you bless somebody with love and with what is best for him, you repel and transmute the negative thoughts that are directed to you. This is based on the Law of Repulsion that unlike qualities repel. Silently concentrate on your heart and bless the person with love, with the intention that the negative energy will be transmuted to calmness, understanding, and peace.

Part of being a spiritual disciple on the path to soul mastery is transcending the behavior of others and forgiving those for their mistakes. Afterall, evolution is a process; it requires time and many mistakes. Just as we are entitled to make our mistakes--and we may be able to easily recall a conversation with a co-worker in which aggressive words were used, or a lunchtime conversation gossiping about not getting enough "air cover" from a manager--so are our co-workers and peers entitled to make their mistakes as well.

When difficult workplace behaviors arise, when conflicts or a feeling of "us" against "them" start to fester, it is important to remember that we are one. We are one, we are one, we are one. We are all working for the same company. We are all trying to do what is right, what is best for the customers, what is best for the employees, what is best for the shareholders. To that end, we have a responsibility as spiritual students to montor our thoughts and actions, and to avoid contributing negative energy to the workplace environment. In times of difficulty, Blessings and Love are what is needed to neutralize and heal the situation or conflict.

Planting Seeds for Prosperity

Certain portions of text taken from “Your Hands Can Heal You,” by Master Stephen Co and Eric B. Robbins, M.D. The author of this blog's humble personal interpretations of the materials are printed in light grey text so as to preserve the materials from the book exactly as they have been written.

Karma is the unbreakable cosmic law of cause and effect. It maintains that if you perform good actions or deeds, they return to you in some positive or favorable form. Some question the validity of karma as a universal principle because they do not always see the law applied in the way they’d like ore expect. They observe that many “bad” people are outwardly successful or happy, while many “good” or “innocent” people are suffering. But we often lack the wisdom and insight to see through the appearances of this physical world. Just because we don’t see immediate punishment in this world for “bad” deeds and immediate reward for “good” doesn’t invalidate the law of karma. The law of karma is unbreakable and unchangeable.

An especially powerful method of utilizing the law of karma to improve your life and your finances, and a very effective way to neutralize negative karma, is tithing. In its strict dictionary definition, tithing means giving a tenth of one’s earnings to the church. In a more general sense, however, it means contributing whatever amount of money you can to good and worthy causes. As you give and share generously of yourself and your resources, that generosity will be returned to you in kind. If you donate $100 to a charity, at some point in the future $100 in good karma credit or value will return to you. This karmic credit may take the form of money, success in some venture, good health for you, or something else of comparable value that you may need or want.

If you wish to make tithing a regular part of your financial- and spiritual-development routine, here are some guidelines:

Amount. Ten percent of your income, after taxes, is the “standard” recommendation; however, this is not feasible for everyone. You can start with a smaller percentage and work your way up to 10 percent.

Proper tithing beneficiaries. It is good to tithe to organizations that help people in great need. It is also good to give money or money equivalents (gifts) to people or organizations that have directly contributed to your physical, emotional, spiritual, or financial well-being. Online web sites like
www.charitynavigator.org may help you evaluate and assess a specific beneficiary to better understand what percent of your donation will go directly to those in need versus what percent will go to administrative fees and overhead costs. For GMCKS’ charitable organizations, no management salaries are paid and less than one percent of all proceeds are dedicated to operating expenses.

Frequency. Some people tithe a full year in advance; others write checks monthly or every two or three months. There is no karmically best way to tithe with regard to frequency, however, some prefer to tithe monthly to build a regular routine.

With the money in your hands say to yourself outloud with sincere intent that you are grateful for the opportunity to serve, the you intend that this donation help as many people as possible, and that you wish it to generate much good karma for you and your family (if applicable). Include in your prayer also your wish that this donation offset or “work out” any bad karma that you may have incurred, and that it generate good karma that will be applied to your financial health, prosperity and abundance.

In times of financial instability or uncertainty, it is wise to do our parts to continue being of service to others who are enduring greater hardships than that which we might be going through. By tithing and donating a portion of our incomes, we create the "space" to attract even greater levels of prosperity and abundance.

Charging Up at the Office – Superbrain Yoga

GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui's words from "Superbrain Yoga," by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui are in normal font. The author of this blog's humble personal interpretations of the Teachings are printed in light grey text so as to preserve the Teachings exactly as they have been written.

Superbrain Yoga transforms or internally alchemizes the energies from the lower energy centers into higher subtler energies. These energies are then utilized by the upper energy centers. When those centers are highly energized, they energize the brain so it can function with greater efficiency and effectivity.

When energies from the basic energy center and sex energy center move up to the heart energy center, they are transformed into inner peace. When the energies go up to the throat energy center and the ajna energy center, they are transformed into greater intelligence and creativity. When they go up to the forehead energy center and crown energy center, they are transformed into a higher degree of spirituality. The lower energies are transformed into subtle energy, which is utilized by the brain to enhance its proper functioning.

Superbrain Yoga is a simple exercise that can be done in a few minutes and that generates tremendous amounts of energy and invigorates the body and mind. Pilot studies on the effects of Superbrain Yoga on school children include children with disabilities such as ADHD/ADD, developmental and cognitive delays, Down Syndrome and specific learning disabilities. Children studied showed significant increase in academic and behavioral performance, greater class participation and improved social skills.
It has been our observation that Pranic Healers have noticed greater mental clarity, creativity, and ability to problem-solve more effectively in the work place.

Because the details of Superbrain Yoga include proper finger and arm positioning, we feel it would be most effective to refer those interested in learning this simple technique to the web site ,
the book "Superbrain Yoga", and the resource links below to learn the proper way to do this exercise.
